Kayli Carter is an actor based in New York. Six months after moving to NYC, she made her stage debut in Academy Award winner, Mark Rylance's, self-penned play, Nice Fish. She originated the role of "Flo" at American Repertory Theater, and continued to the subsequent, Off- Broadway (St. Ann's Warehouse) and West End productions. The London run was nominated for an Olivier Award (Best New Comedy). Early on, Kayli established herself on screen with small roles in Amazon's, Z:The Beginning of Everything, and Rings, playing the younger version of Sissy Spacek's character in the horror franchise. Known for her role as Sadie Rose in Netflix's critically acclaimed mini series, Godless. Executive produced by Steven Soderbergh, and written/directed by Scott Frank. Godless was nominated for multiple Emmy's, including (Best Limited Series) and winning several. Kayli, was selected as one of Vanity Fair's Breakout Stars for her work in Tamara Jenkins film, Private Life, opposite Kathryn Hahn, and Paul Giamatti. The film opened the 2018 Sundance Film Festival, and Premiered at the New York Film Festival the following fall to universal acclaim. Her role in the film went on to earn her a nomination at the Film Independent Spirit Awards (Best Supporting Actress). Making plenty of headway in Indie film, upcoming projects include playing opposite Allison Janney and Hugh Jackman in Bad Education, and Squeaky Fromme in Mary Harron's film about the followers of Charles Manson.
